Schlesinger to Lead the Center for Wealth Integration at Boston-Based Continuity Family Business Consulting

Continuity Family Business Consulting (Continuity) is pleased to welcome Sarah Parker Schlesinger as a Senior Consultant. In this role, Schlesinger will oversee development of Continuity’s Center for Wealth Integration, which will help high-net-worth (HNW) families and family enterprises navigate the opportunities and challenges of generational and shared wealth.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Sarah and to have her spearhead this important practice area,” said Continuity Managing Partner Blair Trippe, MBA. “Enterprising families nationwide are seeking increased guidance for their rising generation of family stakeholders/inheritors as they transition into leadership roles. Sarah’s specialized expertise and problem-solving acumen make her the ideal professional to lead this charge.”

During the last 25 years, Schlesinger has helped more than 100 enterprising families structure solutions for their generational wealth needs, including alignment on philanthropic purpose and activity, and how to productively integrate and steward wealth and opportunity.

She helped build the CCC Alliance, one of the world’s largest private, peer-to-peer family office organizations for UHNW families. Prior to that, she founded Kinship Services, where she worked in-depth with families to become successful wealth stewards. She also worked at BNY Mellon Bank, where she oversaw programs that educated financial service professionals to better understand the needs of affluent families and family offices.

A native of New Orleans, Schlesinger has a degree in Business Management from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and completed the Trust and Estate planning program at Williams College. She has two children and resides in Newton, Mass.
