She oversees systems design, project management, and internal infrastructure—ensuring the firm runs with clarity, efficiency, and purpose. By implementing firm-wide tools and processes, she helps the team stay aligned and focused as Continuity grows and serves increasingly complex family enterprises.

With a background in operational design and workflow optimization, Estefania brings a systems-thinking approach to every challenge. She is a Certified Online Business Manager and holds a certification in Corporate Governance. Her experience includes founding, scaling, and successfully exiting an international children's clothing manufacturing company, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges of leadership, scaling, and succession.

Estefania thrives in dynamic environments where clarity and coordination are essential, having led teams of more than 100 people. Her bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, combined with a strong cross-cultural perspective, allows her to support diverse teams and clients with sensitivity and insight—an asset to Continuity's growing, globally-minded practice.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs with a minor in Business from The George Washington University and a Master's in Public Health from Universidad del Norte.
