Sarah Parker Schlesinger

Sarah Parker Schlesinger has spent the last 25 years working with enterprising families.  Prior to joining Continuity, Sarah helped build the CCC Alliance, one of the world’s largest private, independent, peer-to-peer organizations for UHNW families and single-family offices.  She also founded Kinship Services, LLC to work more in-depth with families to become successful wealth stewards.  Earlier in her career, at BNY Mellon Bank, she was key in educating financial service providers to better understand the needs of HNW families and family offices.   Sarah has worked with over 100 families helping structure solutions to many of the challenges inherent in family office development and in families with generational wealth.

Sarah has also developed a specialization in working to engage and educate rising generations and inheritors, helping them align across branches and gain the skills needed to integrate and steward wealth and opportunity successfully.   Integral to this work is her skills in helping families identify and align on philanthropic purpose and activity.

Sarah’s work is inspired by her own family’s philanthropic work and entrepreneurial activity centered around New Orleans, LA, involving a professional sports team, real estate and family foundation focused on health care and education.

Sarah earned her BS in Business Management from the Boston University School of Management and completed the Trust and Estate planning program through Williams College.  Sarah was born in New Orleans, LA. She and her two children reside in Newton, MA.
